Field help (CTR4WRKCRN)

For those legislations different from the French legislation:

• In the Site tax ID number field, enter the site tax ID number of the company being the customer of the interim agency.
• Populate the other fields with the data relating to the site where the employee works.

For the French legislation:

• In the Site tax ID number field, enter the site tax ID number of the company being the customer of the interim agency.
• In the User site tax ID no, enter the site tax ID number of the site where the employee is completing their interim mission.
  This field can only be accessed if a site tax ID number has been entered in the Site tax ID no field.

If the site where the employee is completing their interim mission is identical to the site of the company being the customer of the interim agency,
these two fields contain the same site tax ID number.

There is an icon next to the Site tax ID no. and User site tax ID no. fields.

• Click the icon next to the Site tax ID no. field to enable the other fields to be entered for this site (APE/SIC, Legal nature, etc.).
• Click the icon next to User site tax ID no.field to enable the other fields to be entered for this site
  (APE/SIC, Legal nature, etc.). The fields relating to this site are on a green background to differentiate them from the fields concerning the other site.
