Indicator used to define if this reason value can be entered manually or if it is assigned automatically.
The possible values for this indicator are :

• Yes:
  It means that it is possible to enter manually this reason value being entered in a document line (order, DN, invoice, quote).
  
• No:
  This means that the reason can only be assigned automatically by applying a price list rule.
