Field help (DCLVATLOG)

Select this check box to create a log file. When you run the process simultaneously for VAT on debit and for VAT on payment, a single log file is displayed for both VATs.

The log file includes:

• Running criteria
• Start and end times
• VAT query number
• Any blocking errors encountered, highlighted in red
• Warning message related to off declaration VAT box

Messages could include:

• A blocking error message: When an extracted journal entry line on a VAT on debit / payment entry type with debit / payment tax code does not match any combination in the VAT boxes function (GESVTB):  Detail VAT box type or Off declaration VAT Box.
• A WARNING message: When an extracted journal entry line matches an Off declaration VAT box type.
