Early discount/late charge simulation.

The amount that will be displayed in the "Early discount/late charge amount" column is calculated while taking into account:

* the early discount/late charge code (either of the open item, or the BP).

* a number of days.

* predefined early discount/late charge rates.

The result will be either a negative amount (=late charge) or a positive amount (=early discount).

For the simulation, the number of days can be entered:

* either directly in the "Nbr of days" field.

* or using a reference date (the number of days will be calculated with respect to the current date).
