In the Training agreement, Skills assessment agreementand Validation of vocational achievements agreement fields, the actual costs of the attendees, which can be charged to sessions of 'attendees' type, excluding 'calculated attendee costs', must be specified.

• The funding organization is the employer.
• The fiscal nature of the registration is different from the 'skills assessment' and different from the 'validation of vocational achievements'.
• The costs are posted only if the agreement of the session is different from 'outside of agreement'.
  
  If paid training allowances (training outside of working hours) have been added in the actual costs of the registrations, they are displayed in the 'Attendees' costs and must be manually deducted from the expenses initialized by the extraction.
