Field help (DECRATCIF)

In the Fin. participation rate to CIF field, indicate the applicable participation rate. This rate

• varies according to the employee number of the company.

Employers with 10 to 19 employees are exempted from the legal minimum payment. The rate to mention is 0%.

Employers with 20 or more employees are subjected to a minimal obligation of 0,2% (0,03% for temporary work companies).

• It can be modified to managed specificities.

This field is automatically initialized upon extraction based on the average number of employees in the company (block A, line 1) and RATCIF1 and RATCIF2 parameter values defined in the FRT chapter.

Exceeding the thresholds of 10 and 20 employees is not automatically processed during the year.

The Participation amount field:

• is calculated,
• can be manually modified,
• is calculated as follows: (line base 1, block C) * participation rate.
