In the Fin. participation rate voc. training & DIFfield, the applicable participation rate

• varies according to the employee number of the company.

Employers with 10 to 19 employees are subjected to a minimal obligation of 0.15%.

Employers with 20 or more employees are subjected to a minimal obligation of 0.50%.

• It can be modified to manage specificities.

This field is automatically initialized upon extraction based on the average number of employees in the company (block A, line 1) and RATDIF1 and RATDIF2 parameter values defined in the FRT chapter.

The Participation amount field is calculated as follows: (Amount of paid remuneration * participation rate) and can be manually modified.
