Field help (DPM2)
The asset depreciation method must be entered. It can be entered, or, when it has a determined value, be entered by the field association application after entry of the determining value: "Account" or "Group". The entered mode should be authorized for the related plan and country. On the IAS/IFRS plan, only the following modes are authorized: "RD" (Residual days), "RM" (Residual months), "RW" (Residual weeks), "OPE" (Operation unit), "WD" (Without depreciation), "LP" (Linear pure) and "DF" (Declining French). On the financial plan, the "OPE" mode (Operation units) is not authorized. The "AN" (Anticipato) and "OR" (Ordinario) modes can only be entered for fixed assets whose type is "Tangible". After confirmation, the method can only be modified via the "Change method" action.
