Field help (DSPACS)

This access code is used to prohibit access to the analytical distribution key for certain users. If this field is assigned, only the users who have this access code in their profile will be able to modify or use this analytical distribution. According to the rights granted, the following operations will be possible:

• Inquiry: Used to view the postings that use this analytical distribution (the database inquiry is always possible).
• Modification: This allows the modification of the database record.
• Completion: Makes it possible to use this analytical distribution when entering postings.
