Select this box if the employee agrees to send their private email address to the social welfare authorities. They can then benefit from the paperless communications issued by these authorities.

In the N4DS: The employee's email address can be entered, with the employee's agreement, if they wish to benefit from the paperless communications issued by the social protection authorities receiving the declaration. This optional information is available under the " S30.G01.00.020 " heading.
