Field help (EORICPCVAL)

This column contains the same information as that specified on the Careers tab upon initialization.
You cannot modify this information.
The possible values are:

• 'Training course', if the skill was validated at the end of a training program
• 'Interview', if the skill was validated during a previous interview
• 'Manual' if the skill was entered in the Careers module (case of a skill added directly by the HR manager in the careers record, thus not originating from an interview or a training)
• 'Program', if the skill was validated from an individual program in the Training module.
