Field help (ESCTYPCLA)

This field displays the type of the last escalation carried out for the service request.
The escalation can be of three types:

• Hidden:comparable to entry points, these escalations are used in the conditional execution of the specific/custom application code.
• Archived:identical to the first, these escalations load a history associated with the request.
• Incremental:these are allocated under the responsibility of an employee.
