When the skill is validated (evaluated), you can enter the training course that the employee needs to complete if they need to complete a training course.
The selection list contains the possible training courses, based on the skill and evaluated level. In other words, they correspond to the training courses requiring a level that is identical or higher than the skill level evaluated during the interview. For example, if the evaluated skill is associated with a 'Beginner' level, the selection list contains training courses whose expected level for that skill is 'Average', 'Good', 'Very good' and "Excellent'.
