Field help (FASREF)

This field is used to enter the attachment code of the assets under construction record.
The management of this field is a function setup value Attachment code.

• When this setup is set to Yes, the current fixed asset can be attached to an other fixed asset, for example, in case where several records correspond to only one physical fixed asset.
  The Fixed assets selection, linked with the contextual menu, is used to activate a window displaying the list of fixed assets linked with the current fixed asset (code, order number, site and titles).
• When this setup is set to No, it is impossible to specify an attachment code that does not correspond to a fixed asset code. The option Attachment codes of the contextual menu is used to activate a window displaying, in creation, the list of existing attachment codes and, in view mode, the list of fixed assets associated to the same attachment code.
