Field help (GASDEB1)

If the journal line is a debit, type in the debit amount.

The default sign is defined in the account file. If the default account sign is not defined the cursor is positioned on the field that is used to balance the journal.

The journal must balance in the transaction currency. A rounding variance line is generated automatically to balance the journal in the ledger currency, if necessary.
The offset is generated automatically for a cash journal.
