Field help (GEOFCY1)

This field enables the user to specify the geographical site which the asset is allocated to.
In creation mode:
-it is loaded by default, using the financial site if this latter is also a geographical site, otherwise, using the geographical site defined for the financial site,
-it can still be modified. It can be loaded with a stock count site of a site linked to the financial site. However, if the CPYGEOFCY - Geo. site check per company setup is set to Yes, it is possible to allocate the physical element on any stock count site of the company. The selection of this geographical site is however submitted to the authorization rules granted to the user.
The authorizations granted to the user on the geographical sites only apply to the choice of the geographical site but they do not apply to the display and modification rights granted to the user on the fixed assets allocated to this site.
If the asset is active and physical elements are attached to it, the geographic site of the asset must be the same as taht of the physical elements.
After asset creation validation, modifying the geographic site is only authorized via a Transfer movement.
