Field help (GEOFCY3)

This field enables the user to specify the geographical site which the asset is allocated to.
In creation mode:
- it is loaded, by default, with the financial site if this latter is also a stock count site,
- it can still be modified. It can be loaded with a stock count site of a site linked to the financial site. However, if the CPYGEOFCY - Geo. site check per company setup is set to Yes, it is possible to allocate the physical element on any stock count site of the company. The selection of this geographical is however submitted to the authorization rules granted to the user.
The authorizations granted to the user on the geographical sites only apply to the choice of the geographical site but they do not apply to the display and modification rights granted to the user on the physical elements allocated to this site.
After the physical element creation validation, the site can still be modified but only via the Transferentry.
