Field help (GEOFCYD1)

This help is common to the single and mass transfer processings.
This field enables the user to fill the new geographical site of the financial asset and its potential components or, in the case of a massive processing, of all the selected assets. This is necessarily a stock count site of a site linked to the financial site of the company, except if the CPYGEOFCY - Geo. site check per company setup is set to Yes, in which case it is possible to select any geographical site of the company.
In the case of a mass processing carrying on several companies, this might be a stock count site common to all the companies.
The selection of this geographical site is however submitted to the authorization rules granted to the user.
The authorizations granted to the user on the geographical sites only apply to the choice of the geographical site but they do not apply to the display and modification rights granted to the user on the fixed assets allocated to this site.

In the case of a massive transfer cancellation, the user must fill the geogrfaphical site receiving the transfer to cancel.
