Field linked to the Portuguese legislation.
Use this field to specify the level of higher education possessed by the employee. The habilitation code is provided by the government (Gabinete de Estratégia e Planeamento, i.e. the Strategy and Planning Office of the Portuguese government). This field must be specified.
