Field help (HDKSEADEF)

This field is used to automatically load all the tabs on the basis of usual criteria when accessing the workbench.

The default search uses the following criteria for each tab:

Service requests.

The Queue field is empty.

The default employee is always the current user.

No restriction based on the priority level is carried out.

Interventions.

The default employee is always the current user.

Sub-contracted service responses are not displayed.

The start date is always set to the current date.

The end date is always set to to the current date plus one week.

To view an activity belonging to another user, the contents of a queue or to modify the period proposed, the "Default search" field must be unchecked. All the header fields are then available for modification. Once the new criteria have been entered, clicking on the "Search" button is necessary to obtain the new requested list.
