Enter a grouping code, a sequence, a long title and a short title.

The sequence defines the display order of the grouping (in other words, of a “grouping of headings” or of a “grouping detail”) on the salary slip.

The long title is the title displayed on the salary slip.

The Grouping, Sequence, Title and Short title are used both for groups of headings (the “grouping of headings) and for groups of heading details (the “grouping detail"). You need to specify a type to draw the distinction between a “grouping of headings” and a “grouping detail” (the “grouping detail”

• Select the Grouping type to specify that the type refers to a grouping of headings.
• Select the Grouping detail type to specify that the type refers to a grouping detail.

If a grouping of headings contains details, select the Title with total check box.
If a grouping of headings should not contain any details, do not select this check box.

For the “grouping details", in the Link with grouping field, specify the “heading grouping” code to which the “grouping detail” must belong.

On the salary slip, the following information is displayed:

SANTE (Health)
Social Security - Sickness Maternity Invalidity Death
Complementary Disability Invalidity Death

ACCIDENTS DU TRAVAIL – MALADIES PROFESSIONNELLES (Work accidents - Occupational diseases)

This means that:

• SANTE (Health) is a "grouping of headings" and it contains detail lines.
• Complémentaire santé (Complementary health insurance) represents a “grouping detail” of the SANTE (Health) “grouping of headings”.
• ACCIDENTS DU TRAVAIL – MALADIES PROFESSIONNELLES (Work accidents - Occupational diseases) represents a “grouping of headings” without any details: it is a "Title with total". Consequently, the Title with total check box is selected.
• For Complémentaire santé (Complementary health insurance),the code of the SANTE (health) grouping must be entered in the Link with grouping field.
