Field help (IFCY3)

This help is common to the single and mass transfer processings.
In individual processing, this field displays, when opening the window, the current financial site of the physical element.

It is used to enter the new financial site to which the physical element or, in the case of a miss processing, all the physical elements are assigned.
In case of a mass transfer cancellation, the user must fill the financial site receiving the transfer to cancel.
