Field help (ITNREP)
This field gives the identity of the employee that should carry out the intervention. If the intervention has been assigned to a service provider this field is empty. The selection of an appropriate and available employee is a delicate operation. Thus, in addition to the normal contextual menus the user has available a third contextual menu "Available employees".
