The fields "Service providers" and "Amount negotiated" are only available if the box "Subcontracted" is ticked. When the box "Subcontracted" is ticked, the content of the field "Member" is emptied.
When looking for a service provider, the user should take the following aspects into account:
The service provider must be appropriate for the type of intervention requested.
The service provider must be able to intervene in the customer's home location.
The selected service provider must suggest the most competitive price lists in order to release a margin as far as possible.
The service provider search function is used to gather these three constraints in the form of a streamlined list of service providers.
This function is available from the contextual menu "Appropriate service providers".
When the user is executes the function "Appropriate service providers", the system carries out the following search:
If a skill group is mentioned on the service request associated to the intervention, the system searches all the service providers declared as being appropriate for this skill group.
If no skill group is mentioned in the service request associated to the intervention, all the service providers are retained.
If no service request is mentioned in the intervention, all the service providers are retained.
Among these service providers, the system eliminates all those for which no geographical code corresponds to the post code start of the intervention area for the country.
All the service providers remaining are displayed in a window. This window contains some financial information that will be used to determine the cheapest service provider.
