Field help (KAASREFRNW)

This field is used to enter the reference of the renewing asset.
In creation, it must be an asset:
- that belongs to the entered site,
- in concession with Grantee as contribution origin and Renewal as contribution type,
- that has not participated to a renewal operation yet,
- in service,
- not issued.

• A Selection option available by right click displays the list of all the renewing assets of the selected site, including those already used in a renewal preparation: the selection of an asset is then used either to switch to the creation mode, or to display the renewal preparation of which is the the subject.
• An option available by right click is used to access the renewing Fixed asset management function by tunnel.
