Field help (LOCPHY)

The location of the physical element is mandatory. The locations suggested are those of the specified Geographic site.

• When creating a physical element attached to a fixed asset, it is systematically loaded with the location of the fixed asset, when this one is entered. It can still be modified if the fixed asset is independent.
• After validating the creation, the modification of the location is authorized only via the Transferentry. This modification is deferred to the fixed asset only if all the physical elements assigned to the fixed asset have the same location.

When the physical element is received, it can be stored before its first use. Its location is therefore not identified: in this case, the user should assign a temporary allocation. The right click Pending assignment is used to systematically load the temporary location defined by default by the setups of the AAS chapter - PHY Group: DEFBUI - Building by default, DEFFLO - Floor by default and DEFROO - Room by default.
