In the very common case where the service request only concerns the base installed at the customer's, this option is used to over-ride one of the installation criteria of the base in the targeting definition.

In fact, if you select this option, only the customer installed base will be included in the service request.
When this is not the case, the installed base will rigorously correspond to the sample generated by the target.
