Field help (MAI3HIEBPR)

It is possible to decide which address to use for mass mailing.

The user has a choice between the three following options:

1 / Always use by default the BP address or the address of the BPs associated with a contact.

2 / Always use the contact address.

3 / Use the BP address only if the contact address is empty.

This field can only be accessed if the user chose to use the "Contact address". (2 or 3).

If the user ticks the "By contact" box and does not tick the "BP address on empty Contact address" box, then choice 2 will be executed.

If the user ticks the "By contact" box and the "BP address on empty Contact address" box, then choice 3 will be executed.
