Field help (MAIMAGTPL)

According to the nature of the mailing, this field is used to indicate :

- either the name of a Crystal Report document representing the mass-mailing template

- or the name of a Word document representing the mass-mailing template

- or the code for a XML mass-mailing setup

In the case of an XML mailing of the type BP, a standard setup MAILBPR is proposed by default.

In the case of an XML mailing of the type Contacts, a standard setup MAILCCN is proposed by default.

In the case of a non XML mailing , a standard template MAILING is proposed by default.

If the mailing uses Crystal Reports, this template corresponds to a report named MAILING.rpt.

A Crystal Report Designer license must be installed on the client machine in order to be able to design the template.

If the mailing uses Microsoft Word, this template corresponds to a report named MAILING.doc.

A Microsoft Word license must be installed on the client machine in order to be able to design the template.

A mailing template is mandatory, as well as this field MUST be entered before clicking on the

"Define" button.

The "Recover" button is used to re-use a template used during a mass-mailing at a later date.
