Field help (MAT2SITFA)

Family status, in terms of whether you are single, married, separated, divorced or widowed. You can select the status 'Marital life' if the employee is in a civil partnership, or select the equivalent marital status, such as 'Married'. The status 'Unknown' or 'Not applicable' can be used by the Human Resources manager.

The available values are controlled by the SITFAM - Family status parameter (chapter TC, group MIS).
