Try to quantify your suggested value for the probable cause and maybe list several reasons why you think the selected value is correct. This will help you ensure you have thought about all the possible causes. Your list of reasons will assist the Quality assurance (QA) manager and the approvers when analyzing the problem. If you can, try to explain the potential consequences if the problem is not addressed and provide a clear request for corrective or preventive action. Ultimately, your statement is critical to the Quality control team for analyzing whether the design or production model complies with the set standard and can be considered 'fit for purpose'.
