Field help (NCSSITE1)

This field indicates at which site (location) or sites the incidence of non-conformance occurred.

A non-conformance incident applies to a single site if either of the following conditions apply:

• The non-conformance was raised directly from an associated transaction. It will display, and therefore apply to, the actual Receiving site (Purchase receipt, Customer return) or Production site (Production tracking), for example;
• The product for which the incident was reported is stored at a specific location;
• A specific site reported the incident on behalf of an observer, or source.
