Whether the value plays a role or not in the calculation of the net price for the line is defined here. If the value is taken into account in the calculation of the net price for the line, the discount or charge will be posted in the sales account. If the value is not used in the calculation of the line net price, it will be taken into account in the invoice footer and posted to a footer account or simply used for statistical purposes.
