Field help (OPPOPPOPG)
If the case is the result of a marketing operation, this field is used to enter the code of the operation concerned. The operation is selected via a list of all the operations associated to the entered marketing campaign. The projects are sorted by type. (Mass-mailing, Call campaign, Trade shows, Press campaign). If any marketing campaign has been entered, it is not possible to enter an operation code.
