Field help (ORTDRTBIN)

Assign the root directory in which are located:
- the ORTEMS executable
- the ORTEMS import/export scripts (sub-directory EXPLOIT/Interfaces).

This directory, as well as the environment reference are mandatory to create the order making it possible to open ORTEMS on the login entry screen and/or to extract the data in planning.
