The grid can be displayed according to three sort criteria: ? Sort by account root: the lines of the grid are sorted in the ascending order of the account roots set up in the first column of the grid. ? Sort by reporting code if debit: the lines of the grid are sorted in the ascending order of the reporting codes set up in the second column of the grid. ? Sort by reporting code if credit: the lines of the grid are sorted in the ascending order of the reporting codes set up in the third column of the grid. NB : The ascending order follows the order of the ASCII table, i.e. the numbers, then the letters of the alphabalet. For instance: 0 1 5 A F M Z
