Field help (PERQTY4)
This field, that can be modified and entered only when the depreciation method is OPE, contains the quantity of operation units to create or created during the current period. It is loaded: - either with the quantity entered in setup, - or with the quantity of initial asset operation units for the current period if the asset has an error or if any modification in the quantity has been required on the "Setup" tab. Two options of the contextual menu are available by right click, in following cases: 1/ When the number of operation units for the period is modified by the user, activating the option "To be recalculated by Abel X3" makes it possible to cancel the entry and reset the field to zero. In this case, the number of operation units for the period is calculated and loaded upon newt calculation. 2/ When the number of operation units for the period is equal to zero, activating the right click option "Not calculated by Abel X3" has as its effect to consider the zero value as being a significant value that must not be re-calculated.. In this case, during the next calculation, the number of operation units for the period will remain equal to zero.
