Field help (PPSAPP)

Code used to indicate the type of submission for signatures.
In a future version, this code will be able to have the following values:
- Submission end
- Hierarchical submission: the signatures are done one after the other in a specific order
- Parallel submission: the signatures can be simultaneous or be in any order
For now, all signatures are of the hierarchical submission type.
