Flag used to determine whether the default value assigned to this invoicing element can be modified or not. This rule is applied for the entry of BP, order, delivery and invoice records. When this flag is inactive, the fields concerning the position of the element on the customer record, and also the order, delivery and invoice footers can no longer be accessed.
