Field help (PRVNAM)

If the contractor is:
- a physical person, complete the Name and First Name fields
- A corporation, complete the Company name field
- unknown, mention the intermediary that got paid.

If the name and company name of a contractoe are not completed, an error will be generated by the Service supplier file control.
