Field help (RTNTYPNCN)

Check the box Gen. credit memo to view the returns awaiting a credit memo.
Check the box Completed to display the completed credit memos.

If you check both boxes, all returns will be displayed.

If you only check the box Gen. credit memo, the list suggests the returns for the Credit memo field is set to 'Yes' in the Customer returns record and for which the column Credit memo no. is blank.

If you only check the box Completed, the list will suggest:

• returns for which the field Credit memo is set to 'Yes' in the Customer returns record and for which the column Credit memo no. is filled,
• returns for which the Credit memo field is set to 'No' in the Customer returns record.
