this parameter is used to specify whether the invoicing element must be taken into account in the calculation of the value taken into account in the Customs document file.
When this element must be taken into account the user must specify whether it is taken into account in the calculation of the tax value (it will also appear in the statistical value) or it only impacts the statistical value.
