This is the customer or prospect code for whom the quote is being drawn up. It is managed in the customer and prospect table.

The customer entered must be active. It can be of normal or miscellaneous type. In case of a miscellaneous customer, an address entry window opens automatically.

You can also enter a prospect. When a quote is turned into an order, the system suggests that the prospect be changed into a customer. As a matter of fact, an order can only concern a customer

Click the Actions icon to:

select a customer or a prospect,
create or consult, according to the user's authorizations, a customer or a prospect,
enter a new address associated with a quote,
view the notes related to the prospect or customer.
