The sales representatives are initialized by the representatives of the customer and then by the ones of the ship-to customer when no sales rep. exists in the customer record. In the case of a prospect, only the representatives of the prospect are taken into account. These sales rep codes are used in the quote lines. If a sales representative is modified in the quote header (on creation or when quote lines exist), the system suggests that the modification be applied to all existing lines or on the lines related to the previous sales representative (choice Yes if same value).
