To carry out a search on the title and the description of a customer problem, the "Search on title and description" box must be checked. The field used to enter the significant words is then accessible. Each search can take into account several keywords. Each of them must be separated by a space.

It is possible to recover any keywords entered in a search by keyword. If the user checks the "Identical keywords" box, all the words entered in the text associated with a search by keywords is recovered in the text field beneath.
