Field help (SREDATASS)

This field indicates the date of the last manual or automatic assignment of the request.
When the request is closed, the closure date is automatically loaded as a function of the current date. The closed request is then found in the left list dedicated to the closed service requests. Different message confirm the closure of a service request.
