This field is especially important for the service requests processed on behalf of order givers. In effect, they are used to measure the total time devoted to an order giver and to set up the invoicing of the started services. Based on the organization of each structure, this field can either specify the sedentary time spent within the call center or a total of the sedentary time, workshop time and on-site interventions. Each employee will choose to fill this field either as a request is being processed or only once after the request has been closed.
