Field help (SREMAC2)

Use this field to proceed with the successive entry of the different installed base records involved in the service request.
From the Actions icon, click:

• Selection and Installed base to perform a selection in a single customer installed base,
• Base selection to select an installed base record from the whole installed base described in the application.

Any entry of an installed base on a service request automatically leads to:

• the complete deletion of the contents of the grid containing the components associated with the current installed base,
• a coverage calculation applied to the selected installed base,
• a recalculation of the global coverage for the service request,
• the deletion or modification of all the consumptions related to the previous installed base.

The first installed base entered on the service request is automatically considered as the default base.
