From the Actions icon, click:
- Selection and Installed base to perform a selection in a single customer installed base,
- Base selection to select an installed base record from the whole installed base described in the application.
Any entry of an installed base on a service request automatically leads to:
- the complete deletion of the contents of the grid containing the components associated with the current installed base,
- a coverage calculation applied to the selected installed base,
- a recalculation of the global coverage for the service request,
- the deletion or modification of all the consumptions related to the previous installed base.
The first installed base entered on the service request is automatically considered as the default base.
