This field indicates the coverage applied globally at the level of the service request.

When the global coverage is automatically defined, it represents an aggregation of the different coverages for the installed base concerned.

When the global coverage is manually defined, it applies to all the elements that make up the service request.

You can apply up to seven different types of coverage to a service request:

When a service request is commercially covered by an employee that does not exercise the function of commercial manager, an electronic alert message is automatically sent to the hierarchical manager.

Any modification of the global coverage will lead to :

When the manually-applied coverage is not satisfactory, click Default coverage from the Actions panel is used to re-establish a default coverage calculated automatically for each of the elements that make up the service request.
