Field help (SREPBLGRP)
The purpose of this field is twofold. 1 / Delineate as best as possible the application field of the customer request. 2 / Automatically perform the relevant allocation of the request. A skills group is selected from a skills group tree structure. A click on the contextual menu "Selection" is used to display a navigation window. When this window opens it displays all the generic skill groups. The generic groups represent all the skills groups that do not have a parent group. In each generic group, it is possible to request a list of the daughter groups at the next lower level. In each skills group, it is possible to use a contextual menu to: Move down a level in the structure and request the list of daughter groups. Move back up to the parent group. Return to the top level of the structure. This search is very intuitive and is used to move to a skills group matching as close as possible the real application field of the customer record.
